I am the Owner and Manager of Guardian Veterinary Center. My journey into veterinary care began before I could even drive, working at a local vet clinic. I hold a degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin. Over the years, I advanced through various roles, ultimately managing five clinics before taking the leap to open our practice.
In January 2020, I embarked on this entrepreneurial journey while my husband supported our family. Launching a business during the COVID-19 pandemic was a significant challenge. Often working late into the night, I handled everything from securing funding and finding a location to designing, branding, marketing, hiring, and beyond.
My love for animals traces back to childhood dreams of becoming a veterinarian. Today, my family and I reside on a ranch with three dogs, two cats, a horse, a pony, and a sulcata tortoise. I cherish outdoor activities, horseback riding, and barrel racing. Our children, Everett and Avery, keep life lively and full of joy. Through our successful practice, I am honored to serve our community and pursue my passion for animal care.
