We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Assistant/Technician to join our medical team. This role serves as the veterinarian’s primary medical support, assisting in examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures while providing exceptional care to both patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist veterinarians in examinations, surgeries, and medical procedures
Perform laboratory work and diagnostic imaging
Monitor patients and administer treatments
Provide client education and communication
Maintain medical records and surgical areas

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous animal care experience preferred
Veterinary Technician License a plus
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle animals with care and confidence
Physical ability to lift/carry animals up to 50 lbs.
